4. Refund Processing
  • Refunds are issued only after receiving approval from the respective airline.
  • Processing times generally range from 7–14 business days, though this may vary based on the airline's procedures or your bank's processing times.
  • Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Service fees charged by Flyindeed are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, unless the airline issues a full involuntary refund for a flight cancellation.
5. No-Show Policy

If a passenger does not check in or board the flight without cancelling beforehand, the ticket may be marked as a "no-show." In these cases, any remaining value or refund eligibility is determined solely by the airline's specific no-show policy, which often results in the loss of the ticket value.

6. Partially Used Tickets

For tickets where only part of the itinerary has been flown, any refundable amount is calculated by the airline based on the unused segment(s) and the fare conditions applying to that ticket.

7. Flight Changes and Modifications
  • Airline change fees and any fare difference (if the new flight costs more) will apply.
  • All change requests must be submitted before the scheduled departure of the flight.
  • Changes depend on seat availability on the requested flight and must be approved by the airline.

Please note that we act as an intermediary and do not control the airline's decisions, compensation offers, or specific refund timelines.
