At Flyindeed, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and efficient payment process. This Payment Policy details the payment methods we accept, how transactions are handled, and the steps we take to protect your financial information when booking travel services on our platform.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We process transactions using a variety of secure payment options, depending on availability:

  • Authorized digital wallets and integrated payment gateways.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

2. Payment Authorization & Processing

When you submit your booking request, your payment method may be pre-authorized to verify funds and reduce fraud risk. A reservation is only confirmed after payment is successfully authorized and processed. If authorization is declined, the booking cannot be finalized.

3. Currency & Additional Charges

All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Please note that your bank or card issuer may apply extra fees, such as foreign exchange commissions or international transaction charges. These fees are charged by third-party financial institutions and are not controlled by Flyindeed.

4. Payment Security

We use industry-standard SSL encryption technology and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and financial data. For your security, Flyindeed does not store full credit or debit card details once a transaction is complete.

5. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email containing your booking details and payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive this confirmation within the expected time, please contact our support team immediately.

6. Failed or Declined Payments
  • Bookings remain unconfirmed if a payment fails or is declined by the payment processor.
  • You will be notified promptly if a transaction cannot be completed.
  • You may try to complete the booking again using a different payment method.
7. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To safeguard both our customers and our business from fraud, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional documents to verify your identity or payment ownership.
  • Delay, suspend, or cancel bookings that appear suspicious or irregular.
  • Report detected fraudulent activity to relevant payment processors or law enforcement.
8. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in strict accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. The total processing time depends on airline regulations and your financial institution's policies.

9. Billing Information Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all billing and payment details provided are accurate and current. Incorrect information may lead to payment failures, booking delays, or unintended cancellations.
