Service fees apply to refund, cancellation, or withdrawal requests that require manual agent assistance during the first 24 hours after ticket issuance. This ensures accurate processing, compliance with airline regulations, and the prompt resolution of urgent requests.

2. Flight Cancellation, Refunds & Airline Credit Requests

If you request a cancellation, a monetary refund, or to change your booking into airline-issued future travel credit, a post-ticket service fee will be charged. This is in addition to any airline penalties, fare differences, or applicable taxes.

  • Medical emergency or health-related travel support.
  • Minor name corrections or spelling adjustments.
  • Route or itinerary revalidation.
  • Extensions of ticket validity.
  • Visa-related or regulatory travel complications.
5. Compassion Exception Policy (CEP)

We approach difficult situations with empathy. Under our Compassion Exception Policy, customers facing extraordinary circumstances—such as severe illness, bereavement, military deployment, or disability-related challenges—may be considered for partial fee reductions or waivers. All requests are evaluated individually, and supporting documentation may be required.

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the request has been processed.
