At Flyindeed, we realize that travel plans can shift even after a ticket is purchased. To support our commitment to 24/7 customer assistance, expert agent guidance, and access to our booking management tools, post-ticket service fees may apply. These fees are distinct from—and added to—any charges levied by airlines, government agencies, or other third parties.
Service fees apply to refund, cancellation, or withdrawal requests that require manual agent assistance during the first 24 hours after ticket issuance. This ensures accurate processing, compliance with airline regulations, and the prompt resolution of urgent requests.
If you request a cancellation, a monetary refund, or to change your booking into airline-issued future travel credit, a post-ticket service fee will be charged. This is in addition to any airline penalties, fare differences, or applicable taxes.
Please note:
Requests for changes or exchanges depend on airline approval, seat availability, and the fare rules of the original ticket. A post-ticket service fee applies on top of any airline-imposed change fees or fare differences.
Additional service fees may apply for complex or special-case requests, including but not limited to:
We approach difficult situations with empathy. Under our Compassion Exception Policy, customers facing extraordinary circumstances—such as severe illness, bereavement, military deployment, or disability-related challenges—may be considered for partial fee reductions or waivers. All requests are evaluated individually, and supporting documentation may be required.
