Fare Disclosure Policy

Last Updated: 1 Jan, 2026

Flyindeed is committed to providing transparency and accuracy in all financial dealings. This Fare Disclosure Policy explains how flight prices are calculated, shown, and finalized. Our goal is to ensure you fully understand the total cost and any applicable conditions before you complete your booking.

1. Fare Display & Accuracy
  • All fares shown on Flyindeed come from real-time data sourced directly from airlines and suppliers via the RateHawk.com platform.
  • Airfares are dynamic and can change based on seat availability, yield management strategies, demand, travel dates, and market conditions.
  • The fare shown during the initial search is an estimate and is not guaranteed until the booking process is complete and payment is successfully processed.

While we strive for 100% accuracy, the final fare is confirmed only when the ticket is issued.

2. Breakdown of the Fare

The total amount you pay for your ticket generally consists of the following parts:

  • Base Fare: The core price of the ticket as set by the airline.
  • Taxes & Fees: Required government taxes, airport security charges, and carrier-imposed surcharges.
  • Service Fee: A booking or administrative fee charged by Flyindeed to cover reservation and processing services.

Total Fare = Base Fare + Taxes & Fees + Service Fee (if applicable).

3. Optional and Airline-Specific Charges

Certain services are not included in the published fare and may involve extra costs charged directly by the airline, including but not limited to:

  • Checked baggage and excess luggage fees.
  • Advance seat selection or cabin upgrades.
  • In-flight meals, Wi-Fi, and other onboard amenities.
  • Specific payment processing fees (where applicable).

Please note that these additional charges are governed by the airline's policies and are not controlled by Flyindeed.

4. Currency & Payment Processing

Unless stated otherwise, all fares are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you choose to pay in a different currency, conversion rates and foreign transaction fees may be applied by your bank or payment provider. Flyindeed does not control these exchange rates or related fees.

5. Fare Validity & Availability

Flight prices remain subject to change until payment is confirmed and the ticket is issued. If a fare changes during the booking process, you will be notified and asked to confirm the new price before proceeding. Once the ticket is issued, any further changes, cancellations, or refunds are strictly governed by the airline's fare rules.

6. Promotional & Special Fares

Flyindeed occasionally offers promotional rates or discounted fares. These special offers often have specific restrictions, such as:

  • Non-refundable or non-changeable ticket conditions.
  • Blackout dates or travel route limitations.
  • Restrictions on baggage allowances or other services.

All relevant terms and conditions are clearly disclosed before purchase.

7. Government Taxes & External Surcharges

Airlines, airports, or government authorities may update taxes, fees, or security surcharges at any time without prior notice. Flyindeed accepts no liability for changes to these charges imposed by third parties after ticket issuance.

8. Pricing Errors & Correction

In the rare event of a system error or data glitch causing an incorrect fare display, Flyindeed reserves the right to correct the error. We may cancel the affected booking or contact the customer to fix the difference before ticket issuance.

9. Confirmation of Final Fare

The total amount payable is clearly summarized on the payment page. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted the total fare and all related terms and conditions.
